Pitfour Fly Fishing Club

PFFC have worked very hard with Scottish Government Fish Laboratories, SEPA and SEPA fish ecologists and Animal Health, and latterly a consultation with Ugie Salmon Fishery board. We would like to thank the regulatory bodies and SEPA for their advice and support in finding an environmentally friendly way in which to combat Argulus.

Pitfour Fly Fishing Club

The members of Pitfour Fly Fishing Club would like to thank Lunar and The Ugie Salmon Board for their help and generous donation of nets for the barley straw sausages and floats for the Argulus egg laying panels. Without this help the club would have struggled to get nets and floats in such large quantities, and such good quality. We have numerous panels and barley straw 'sausages' in the water.
